Rain doesn’t put a damper on color run fundraiser

Press Photos BY LISA DRAPERWillow Lane Elementary School PTO held a color run Sept. 28. A color run is a fun run event where participants are showered with colored powder at various points throughout the course thrown or squirted at them by volunteers. The colored powder used is safe for participants, animals and the environment. These events encourage community spirit and provide a unique way to raise funds.
