Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs and Vynecrest Winery sponsored the homemade chocolate cake contest Sept. 1 as part of the culinary competitions held during The Great Allentown Fair.
Held in the Agri-Plex complex every year, the chocolate cake is always a favorite of bakers and spectators alike.
