PRESS PHOTO BY DANA GRUBBThe Bethlehem Area Public Library’s September book sale raised $9,566, which brought the 2024 book sales total to $46,599. One sale remains in 2024 and is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 4th and Saturday, December 7th. Book sale coordinator Laurel Stone says that sale will feature holiday books, music and movies. Stone also reminds patrons that book scanning devices are not permitted on the first day (Wednesdays) of each sale, but they may be used on the second day (Saturdays) of each sale. Above: Schnecksville resident Abby Cole is school behavioral health technician, so she visits the BAPL book sales to purchase children’s books for school. She says she also shops for herself, her mother, and her grandmother.
