Robert M. Trexler, 89, of Kempton, died Sept. 4, 2024, with his loving wife by his side, at home.

Born in Weisenberg Township, he was the son of the late Clinton and Althea (Leiby) Trexler.

The husband of Elaine M. (Kutz) Trexler, the couple celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary in May.

A lifelong self-employed farmer, after retirement, he handcrafted wooden furniture for many years

He was a member of New Jerusalem Zion United Church of Christ, Lenhartsville.

He was also a member of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, Allentown.

In addition to his devoted wife, he is survived by his sister-in-law Sandy (Michael) Horvath of Kutztown; and brother-in-law Richard (Barbara) Kutz of Fleetwood.

He was predeceased by his brother-in-law John Kutz Jr.

A private funeral service was held at the convenience of the family with interment in Jacob’s Union Cemetery, New Tripoli.
