Mac ’n’ Cheese with a twist Clover Hill Winery sponsors unique culinary contest at fair

Clover Hill Winery sponsored the Mac ’n’ Cheese contest on the Agri~Plex Culinary Contest stage on Aug. 30 during The Great Allentown Fair.

Only this was Mac ’n’ Cheese with a twist, each recipe must have contained one of the many wines produced by Clover Hill Winery.

The addition of wine added an interesting flavor to each of the recipes presented, which had to specify which Clover Hill Wine was used.
