Training to treat and transport injured, sick patients

Students were required to assess and treat patients, take them to an ambulance and onto an ER classroom where they gave a report to a trauma nurse. After negotiating a narrow stairwell with a simulator cardiac patient attached to a LUCAS device, a group of EMI training students load the patient onto a stretcher and into an ambulance for a trip to the emergency room.
