Louise M. Yons, 87, of Coopersburg, died Sept. 13, 2024, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Norman W. Yons Jr., who died in 2023. Born in Lower Saucon Township, she was the daughter of the late Paul Edgar and Mary Jane (Keeler) Hackman.

She is survived by a son, Norman W. III; sisters, Elaine Stevens, Linda Culpepper and her husband, Johnny; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Archibald, Harold, Richard, Donald, Floyd, Robert and Leonard Hackman.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Sept. 19 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A viewing will be held noon to 1 p.m. Sept. 19 in the funeral home.
