of Macungie
Jeremy G. Kapun, 48, of Macungie, died unexpectedly, Sept. 8, 2024. He and his wife, Christine (Stewarts), would have celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in October. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Susan (Litsch) and Gregory Kapun.
He was a 1994 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School and attended East Stroudsburg University.
He was an avid sports fan, loved all Philly sports and strongly believed his wife was “swayed to the dark side” as a Steelers fan. ESPN was on the TV 24/7.
He loved playing golf with his buddies but enjoyed fun and companionship more than the game. For many years, you could find him serving cold ones to patrons who became great friends at the former Sports Page Bar & Grill.
He loved to laugh and loved to make others laugh with his “that guy” antics. He was loved by all who knew him, including many of his dearest friends from childhood. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife who was his rock, best friend and soul mate.
He is survived by his wife; parents; sister, Janna Faulkner (his little sis) and husband, Kevin; niece, Kaitlyn; nephew, Gregory; parents-in-law, Dave and Doris; sister-in-law, Pam Lutte and husband, Mike and their children, Madison and Avery.
