Rosario Garcia, 75, of Bethlehem, died at home Aug. 21, 2024. Born in the Dominican Republic, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Graciela (Fermin) Garcia.

She was the former owner of LaTia Restaurant and convenience store, South Bethlehem, for several years before retiring.

She was a parishioner of Holy Infancy Catholic Church.

She is survived by three children, Jose of New York and Karen (Roberto Rivera) and Jocelyn, both of Bethlehem; two sisters, Dulce Garcia and Bienbenida Garcia; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by four sisters.

Arrangements were made by James Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
