Amber Lynn Abel, 32, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 1 for alleged simple assault and harassment after an incident in the unit block of West Berger Street, according to Emmaus police.

Fleeing or attempting to elude police

Jonah Rocky Martinez, 22, of Bethlehem, was arrested July 9 for allegedly fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, receiving stolen property, small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, careless driving, reckless driving and multiple other motor vehicle violations after an incident in the area of State Avenue and Harrison Street, according to Emmaus police.

Steven Snyder, 38, of Souderton, was arrested July 7 in the 100 block of Main Street for allegedly fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, small amount of marijuana, reckless driving, careless driving and multiple other motor vehicle violations, according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Jordan Dopsovic, 26, of Emmaus, was arrested July 8 in the unit block of Harrison Street for allegedly driving under the influence and motor vehicle violations, according to Emmaus police.

Sean Feast, 23, of Emmaus, was arrested July 12 in the 500 block of State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence, registration and certificate of title required, obedience to traffic control devices and driving on roadways laned for traffic, according to Emmaus police.

Andrea Lynn Borboa, 41, of Emmaus, was arrested July 15 in the unit block of Ridge Street for allegedly driving under the influence and display of registration plate, according to Emmaus police.

John Scott Quituizaca, 28, of Allentown, was arrested July 20 for allegedly driving under the influence and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property after an incident in the 300 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police.

Patrick John Brown, 23, of Walnutport, was arrested Aug. 17 for allegedly driving under the influence and obedience to traffic control devices after an incident in the area of North Fifth Street and Elm Street, according to Emmaus police.

Zachary Donald Zoltack, 19, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 19 for allegedly driving under the influence and traffic control signals after an incident in the area of East Ridge Street and State Avenue, according to Emmaus police.

Theft

Ernesto Lenin Cruz, 45, of Bethlehem was arrested July 11 for alleged theft by unlawful taking or disposition, theft by deception false impression and receiving stolen property valued at more than $2,000 after an incident in the 1300 block of West Minor Street, according to Emmaus police.

Someone removed cooking oil, valued at $1,500, from a business in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported July 21.

Someone removed cooking oil, valued at $1,080, from a business in the 500 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported July 24.

Someone removed clothing, valued at $200, from a laundry facility in the 300 block of Ridge Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 22.

Someone removed a bike, valued at $580, from Emmaus Community Park, Shimerville Road, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported July 11.

Someone removed a dirt bike, valued at $1,400, from a residence in the unit block of West Berger Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 11.
