Salisbury girls soccer searches for first win

The Lady Falcons had a week off between games and hoped that in that time, they would be able to find some answers to their struggling offensive output which has managed just one goal in five games this season.

The offense was again unable to mount a challenge and Salisbury (0-4-0, 0-5-0) lost to Lehighton (2-3-0, 3-4-0), one of two new members of the Colonial League this season, in a 7-0 contest.

Salisbury has been outscored 29-1 this season.

Fortunately for the Falcons, the schedule will get a little easier over the next week when they play a road game at Palisades (1-1-1, 3-1-1) and are then home to host Jim Thorpe (0-3-0, 0-4-0), Wilson (0-4-0, 0-4-0), and Notre Dame – Green Pond (1-3-0, 2-3-0).
