Ricky C. Dougherty, 63, of Emmaus, died Aug. 19, 2024, at home. He was the husband of the late Charlene (Dossat) Dougherty. Born in Allentown, he was a son of Janie (Peifer) Haymaker and the late Charles A. Dougherty and stepson of the late Robert Haymaker.

He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.

He held various positions in construction and worked for Tyler Pipe Co., Macungie.

He is survived by his mother; sons, Ricky Jr., Anthony and his wife, Michelle, Tyler; daughter, Christina Ayers and her husband, Christopher; grandchildren, Arianna, Kyndra, Ambrielle, Braedon, Olivia, Haevin, Isabella, Madden, Myla, Daxton, Lainee; brothers, John, Erik, Ryan, Kyle; sister, Sheri.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus.
