Rath set to leave Bethlehem Catholic

Bethlehem Catholic has seen their share of top wrestlers moving on to the next phase of their wrestling careers before graduating from high school. The Hawks have seen it again this summer, as senior Kollin Rath is heading to train at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Rath is a two-time PIAA 3A champion and three-time District 11 and Northeast Regional champion. He leaves Becahi with a 107-4 career mark and has already committed to Missouri in 2025.

Rath now becomes the third Golden Hawk state champ to leave Becahi before graduating, joining the likes of Tyler Kasak, who left after his junior season to train at State College before attending Penn State. Nate Desmond also left last summer as a sophomore to attend Wyoming Seminary.

Desmond was a two-time state champ when he left and finished 28-2 last year and won a prep state and national title as a junior.
