Roughies Report: CHS fall sports season underway for 2024-25 academic year
The fall sports season is officially underway for the 2024-25 academic year as Catasauqua High School athletes took to the fields last week for practices, scrimmages and even some fully engaged events. Football, boys and girls soccer, field hockey, girls volleyball and boys and girls cross-country are all ready to “Go! Fight! Win!” this season.
Let’s show our school pride and unleash some electrifying school spirit and cheer these Rough Rider teams on to victory! Every cheer and chant helps students achieve greatness before, during and after each game — so if you got spirit, let’s see it!

The CASD website provides students, staff and parents/guardians with important information. The schools drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the opening page permits access to the CHS web page, as well as those for the other district buildings. The opening page also provides a weekly calendar of events for all CASD buildings and information regarding school holidays, activities, athletic contests and more.
Links are also provided to district contacts, school board information, guidance, food service and transportation information. The link to electronic resources allows students to access many subscription-based websites for research, as well as the online catalog for the libraries. Links are also provided to outside resources, such as Colonial League, Public Library of Catasauqua and many other valuable educational resources.
