Sept. 5, 12, 19, 26: “Advanced Line Dance” Noon to 1:30 p.m. Instructor: Cathy Seidel. Everyone is welcome. This is an advanced class. Call for fees.

EXERCISE:
Sept. 6, 13, 20, 27: “Tai Chi For Balance” 10:30 a.m. Instructor: Bob Donnelly (Pai Ma Shen). A holistic exercise that helps reduce stress and promote physical well-being. Using slow flowing movement to coordinate breath and enhance strength, balance and calmness. Call for fees.
Sept. 6, 13, 20, 27: “Tai Chi Intermediate” 9 a.m. Instructor: Bob Donnelly. Consisting of a series of slow, flowing movements that promote holistic benefits for the individual practitioner. Call for fees.
Sept. 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30: “Fit Circuit” 12:30 p.m. Instructor Sara Mercer. This low impact circuit style class, featuring upbeat choreography mixed with strength training, is a great overall cardio workout. Call for fees.
Sept. 9, 16, 23, 30: “Barre” 10:15 a.m. Instructor Michele Fisher A low impact toning class that blends the principals of Pilates, Yoga, strength training and ballet to activate your entire body. Focus on proper body alignment, balance, stability and flexibility and strength; targeting hips, glutes, abs and arms. Standing and floor work and the ballet barre is used for some portions of class, but this is not a dance class. Call for fees.
Sept. 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30: “Zumba” 9:30 a.m. Instructor Grace Conti. Dancers and nondancers will enjoy this Latin inspired, dance fitness class, which is designed for seniors. Call for fees.

Sept. 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26: “Chair Strength Training” Instructor Sara Mercer. This chair class is designed to enhance strength, balance and flexibility; along with promoting mobility and increasing your range of motion. Call for fees.
Sept. 5, 12, 19, 26: “Mat Pilates” 10:30 a.m. Instructor: Michele Fisher. A strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on the core (abdomen and lower back) muscles. Call for fees.
Sept. 3, 10, 17, 24: “Tai Chi Qigong” 2:10 p.m. Instructor Alice Perry. Very beginner friendly, meditative and peaceful. Call for fees.
Sept. 9, 16, 23, 30: “Tai Chi Beginner” 12:30 p.m. Instructor Helaine Young. Tai Chi consists of a series of slow, flowing movements that promotes holistic benefits for the individual practitioner. These benefits include improved balance and coordination, leg strength, cardiovascular health, mental concentration and stress relief. Call for fees.

Sept. 5: “Veterans Brotherhood” 7 p.m. Moderator: Clyde Hoch. Help us help veterans. Dedicated to prevent veteran suicide and homelessness. Providing mentoring, discussion and help. For veterans and those who care about them. Free.
Sept. 26: “LV Veterans History Project” 7 p.m. Chairman/Founder/Historian: Mike Sewards. Our primary mission is to collect, document and preserve the personal experiences of U.S. wartime veterans. Our objective is to honor their service and share their stories with current and future generations, historians and equally important, the veteran’s family members.
