Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth is searching for organized individuals willing to commit to volunteering 1 day a week in the morning hours, Monday through Thursday, to coordinate our clinic desk. Duties involve calling nursing units to remind them of resident clinic appointments and directing other volunteers on which residents need transportation to the clinic area. The 15th Annual Ready, Set, GO(LD) 5K Walk, 8K Run, and Kids’ Fun Run, hosted by Pediatric Cancer Foundation Of The Lehigh Valley will be held September 14 at the Ironton Rail Trail in Coplay, PA. Volunteers are needed between 7 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. for water stations, raffle tables, check-in tables, set-ups, and clean-ups. Time varies for each volunteer station.
