Wednesday, August 21: Spinach w/ hot bacon dressing, roast beef w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, diced pears.
Thursday, August 22: Cranberry juice, herbed baked chicken breast w/ gravy, cheesy mashed potatoes, Italian blend vegetables, fresh fruit cup.
Friday, August 23: Mixed green salad w/ creamy Italian dressing, Italian sausage on roll w/ peppers & onions, home fries, banana mousse.
Monday, August 26: Mixed greens salad w/ dressing, Chicken Marsala, noodles, asparagus tips, dinner roll w/ margarine, blushed diced pears.
Tuesday, August 27: Fried fish w/ Tartar sauce, creamed spinach, kale root vegetable blend, iced spiced cake.
Wednesday, August 28: Orange juice; breaded veal w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, dinner roll w/ margarine, apple pie.
Thursday, August 29:Labor Day meal: California cheese burger, lettuce-tomato-may, Amish potato salad, watermelon, holiday cookie.
Friday, August 30: Apple juice, Tater Tot casserole, Scandinavian blend vegetables, banana.
