Christopher D. Bright, 62, of Whitehall, died Aug. 17, 2024, at his home. He was the husband of Cheryl (Gensey) Bright.

Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of Robert and the late Joanne (Smith) Bright.

He worked as a systems programmer for Guardian Life, Bethlehem, before retiring in 2022.

He coached youth football for many years with Hokey Athletic Association.

He was a member of Sons of the American Legion Jones-Quigg Post 739, Hokendauqua. He was a Legion rider.

In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by two sons, Ian and Izak.

He was predeceased by a brother, Stephen.

There will be a calling time 10-11 a.m., followed by a funeral service 11 a.m., Aug. 22 at the funeral home, 1625 W. Highland St., Allentown.
