Road closures set for car cruise Aug. 23

Two area roads will be closed and traffic delays are anticipated for the annual Wheels of Time car show cruise night Aug. 23.

“Troopers will have Buckeye Road closed between Route 29 (Chestnut Street) and Tank Farm Road, Upper Milford Township, between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.,” according to a news release from Pennsylvania State Police. Traffic delays may result.

Vehicles in the cruise are expected to arrive for the event along routes in Upper Milford and Lower Macungie townships.

Increased patrols by state and municipal police also are expected.
