Todd (Toddy) Raymond MacMurtrie Jr., 41, of Wind Gap, died July 25, 2024, after a three year battle with colon cancer. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Todd R. Sr. and Carol Mac-Murtrie. He was the husband of Kiira (Johnson) MacMurtrie for 10 years.

He was a 2001 Liberty H.S. graduate, where he wore #35 for the Hurricanes football team. He earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2006.

He worked at Service Electric.

He participated in “the Murph”, the Spartan Race and other tests of strength and endurance.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Blake Leigh; mother, Carol MacMurtrie; sister, Carissa MacMurtrie and her fiance Andrew Wilczynski; father and mother-in-law, Jay and Sandie (Talaber) Johnson; brother-in-law, Jared Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Holly (Kemper) Johnson of Murrysville; two nieces, Charlotte Day and Sienna Johnson; and a nephew, Wesley Johnson.

He was predeceased by an uncle, Bruce MacMurtrie.
