The Morning Glories group will meet 10 a.m. Aug. 19 at Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St.

The speaker will be point person Lois McAllister, from Twilight Wish Foundation. The group will also be making plans for meetings through January 2025.

Reminder: The Toga Party Band will entertain 7-10 p.m. Aug. 16 at the amphitheater at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.

Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, 210 Pine St., will be offering its free community lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 19.

The Friends of Catasauqua Parks will hold its next monthly meeting 6:30 p.m. Aug. 21 at Catasauqua Municipal Complex, 90 Bridge St. The mission of the group is to improve the quality of life of Catasauqua residents through recreational fundraising events to sustain the parks.
