Jason Nicholas honored for 30-years of service at NOVA

Northern Valley EMS, NOVA, recently honored EMT Jason Nicholas for his 30 years as a member of the organization.

Nicholas began his first responder career as a 14-year-old junior firefighter with West End Fire Department, Palmerton.

He continued his firefighting career with the Slatington Fire Department, where he served numerous officer roles including fire chief.

Nicholas served as a deputy corner with Lehigh County for 20 years before retiring in July.
