Henrietta L. Klocek, 96, of Allentown, died Aug. 2, 2024, at Cedar Crest Post Acute. She was the wife of the late John P. Klocek for 16 years.

Born in Alburtis, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Etta (Kenyon) Markle.

She was a 1947 graduate of Allentown High School and a teacher’s aide for many years at Allentown School District and later for Lehigh Valley Child Care as an associate teacher for more than 20 years.

She is survived by three sons, Thomas and wife Pamela, Richard and wife Debbie and John and wife Diane; five grandchildren, Jason, John, Michale, Amber and Jeffrey; and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by four sisters; and two brothers.

There will be a calling time 10 a.m., followed by services 11 a.m., Aug. 10 at the funeral home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall.
