Betty L. McAndrew died July 21, 2024. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Burton and Freida (Koch) Miller. She was the wife of the late Vincent J. McAndrew.

She was a custodian for the Bethlehem Area School District until she retired.

She was a member of the former St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, where she also volunteered.

She walked all over Bethlehem to provide time for reflection and appreciation of the city around her.

She is survived by a son, James; a daughter, Susan E. Racz and her husband Tom; four grandchildren, Ricky Racz and his wife Glennie, Damon McAndrew, Dawn O’Toole and Daryl McAndrew; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Robert McAndrew; and two siblings, William Miller and Grace Tertusek.
