Upper Macungie Township Parks and Recreation and South Parkland Youth Association will collect and distribute lightly used sports equipment 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 3 at Lone Lane Park Pavilion, 30 Lone Lane.

Bring new or gently used (in good condition) sports equipment to the drop-off and pick out some other equipment.

Lehigh Valley Salsa Social will offer Salsa Til Sunset 4-7 p.m. on Aug. 4 at Grange Park, 360 Grange Road, at Pavilion No. 5. No need to bring a partner. Registration is not required.

Wildlands Conservancy is offering a summer camp for kids in kindergarten to fifth grade 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 19-23 at Lone Lane Park. Activities include survival skills, wildlife, art and science. Participants will need to bring a nonperishable lunch.

Morning drop-off is 7:30-8:45 a.m. Afternoon pickup is 4:15- 5:30 p.m.

There is a per participant fee.

Built By Me, which offers a next-level, unique scientific experience to increase children’s knowledge, creativity, and wonder will offer a camp Aug. 5-9 at the Upper Macungie Township Building, 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville.

Lego Robotics and Coding Camp for kids ages 7-10 will be offered 9 a.m. to noon.

This fun and interactive camp will introduce children to coding, robotics, and engineering using the LEGO® Education Robotics Construction Sets.

St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1028 Church St., Fogelsville, will host Vince’s Cheesesteak Food Truck 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Aug. 15 in the church parking lot.

A dollar from each sandwich sold will go to St. John’s General Fund.

There will also be pies and baked goods for sale.
