Terroristic threats

A 26-year-old male, of Emmaus, allegedly pointed a handgun at another person in the area of the intersection of Buckeye Road and Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 4:10 p.m. July 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

DUI

A 42-year-old male, of Allentown, was placed under arrest for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:51 p.m. June 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Retail theft

Someone removed a variety of over-the-counter medications, with a total value of $2,148.29, from supermarket Weis Markets, 3440 Grandview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The theft incident was reported 10:48 p.m. May 23.

A 38-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly did not scan multiple toys, with a total value of $374.96, at retailer Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:10 p.m. June 21, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 31-year-old male, of Pottstown, allegedly removed an Apple smartphone, valued at $521.96, from retailer Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:22 p.m. July 14. A tracking device on the phone led investigators to the man’s vehicle where the phone, narcotics and drug paraphernalia were found, according to authorities.

Three women allegedly worked together to remove $2,400 in merchandise from retailer Ulta Beauty, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite 103, Lower Macungie Township, April 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported April 29 after a review of video surveillance, according to authorities.

Scam

A resident of Fresh Meadow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, was swindled out of $800 after an unknown caller threatened him with a warrant against him for failure to appear in court for jury duty, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The caller told the resident two payments of $400 via Apple Pay would resolve the issue, according to authorities.

Theft

Someone removed two rocking chairs, each valued at $50, from a lawn at a location on Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The chairs were taken sometime between July 16 and July 17, according to authorities.

Harassment

A 29-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited for harassment after he allegedly pushed another person at a location along Wedge Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 7:12 p.m. July 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A witness confirmed the incident, according to authorities.

Protection from abuse violation

A 52-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was taken into custody after he allegedly came to a location along Wood Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 8:57 p.m. July 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Criminal mischief

Someone damaged the driver’s side window of a vehicle parked outside of a residence along Heritage Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 4:50 a.m. May 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Found property

A blue and white wallet was found near North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:32 p.m. July 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The wallet was taken to the state police station, 8320 Schantz Road.

Scattering rubbish

Someone left approximately 20 vehicle bumpers in the driveway of an auto body repair shop located on Main Road East, Upper Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported 11:26 a.m. July 15.

Hit and run crash

A 19-year-old motorist, of Topton, was charged with accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property after he allegedly struck a guide rail along Buck Road near the intersection with Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 4:31 a.m. June 29 and fled the crash scene, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The motorist was later identified and charged, according to authorities.
