Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of an unknown individual, John Doe 48, who may have information pertaining to the identity of a child in a sexual exploitation investigation, according to a news release from the Philadelphia office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The video depicting John Doe 48 is believed to have been made in October 2023.
John Doe 48 is described as a white male between 45 and 65 years old.
He has dark hair, a gray beard and a tattoo on each of his forearms.
In the video he is pictured in the back of a 2018-2019 Nissan NV Cargo Van wearing a blue T-shirt and a dark-colored hat.
The male is heard speaking English in the video.
The sexual exploitation investigation is ongoing, according to authorities.
Data embedded within the video file indicates the file was produced in October 2023.

The public is reminded no charges have been filed in this case and the pictured individual is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
