The Jerusalem Singers will perform at Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, 3441 Devonshire Road, 7:30 p.m. An offering to support The Gift of Music organization will be collected.

Aug. 2-4

The 61st annual Das Awkscht Fescht Antique and Classic Car Show will be held in Macungie Memorial Park. The featured car this year is the Ford Mustang. The event traditionally includes kids entertainment and activities, a petting zoo, a flea market, a juried craft show and music performances. Visit the website awkscht.com for details.

Macungie Band to appear at Das Awkscht Fescht car show 10:30 a.m. at the band shell at Macungie Memorial Park, 50 Poplar St., Macungie.

The Emmaus Police Department will host National Night Out at the department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St., 6-8 p.m.

The Salisbury Township Police Department will host National Night Out events at Salisbury Elementary School, 1400 Gaskill St., 6-8 p.m.

The Lower Macungie Township free summer concerts and entertainment continues with concerts at the Hills at Lock Ridge Park Band Shell, 7125 Scenic Drive, Macungie. Enjoy a family movie night with the showing of “Kung Fu Panda 4” 8 p.m.

Aug. 10

Mopar Madness of the Lehigh Valley will host a cruise night 5-8 p.m. at Emmaus Community Park, Shimerville Road. Also Aug. 31. All cruise nights are weather permitting. The Lower Macungie Township free summer concerts and entertainment continues with concerts at the Hills at Lock Ridge Park Band Shell, 7125 Scenic Drive, Macungie. Enjoy the music of Island Time in Jimmy Buffet style 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Aug. 18

The 72nd annual Vera Cruz Homecoming will be held at Mystic Chain Park, Main Road East, Vera Cruz, noon to 8 p.m. Highlights include entertainment by musical act The Rehrig Brothers noon to 3 p.m. and Timewhys 5-8 p.m. DJ Cesar Rosario, Toast of the Town, will broadcast live 3-5 p.m. A cakewalk will be held 3:15 p.m. and Grumpy’s Food Truck and other food and beverages will be available.

Wildlands Conservancy will host its fundraiser “Wine & Dine,” a farm-to-table experience, 4:30-7 p.m. at Lock Ridge Park, 525 Franklin St., Alburtis. Chefs from Roots Catering will prepare a seasonal menu of locally-sourced farm-fresh foods and beverages will include wine from Domaine Pterion and beer from Weyerbacher Brewing Company.
