The 61st annual Das Awkscht Fescht Antique and Classic Car Show will be held in Macungie Memorial Park. The featured car this year is the Ford Mustang. The Salisbury Township Police Department will host National Night Out events at Salisbury Elementary School, 1400 Gaskill St., 6-8 p.m.

Mopar Madness of the Lehigh Valley will host a cruise night 5-8 p.m. at Emmaus Community Park, Shimerville Road. Also Aug. 31. All cruise nights are weather permitting. The 72nd annual Vera Cruz Homecoming will be held at Mystic Chain Park, Main Road East, Vera Cruz, noon to 8 p.m. Highlights include entertainment by musical act The Rehrig Brothers noon to 3 p.m. and Timewhys 5-8 p.m. DJ Cesar Rosario, Toast of the Town, will broadcast live 3-5 p.m. A cakewalk will be held 3:15 p.m. and Grumpy’s Food Truck and other food and beverages will be available.
