The summer concert series, presented by Whitehall Township, will continue 6-9 p.m. July 27 with The Aardvarks at Whitehall Parkway, 4689 S. Church St. Food trucks and beverages will be available for purchase.

St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay, will hold its 70th annual summer picnic and homecoming noon-9 p.m. Aug. 4. The event will be held rain or shine.

Musical entertainment will be provided by the Emil Schanta Band 1-4:30 p.m. and Flirtin’ with the Mob 5-8:30 p.m.

Food will be available for purchase, including baked goods, barbecue, pizza, steak sandwiches and pierogies. Games of chance and fun activities for the kids are also highlights of the day.
