Edward C. Lutterschmidt, 69, of New Tripoli, died July 13, 2024, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Charles and Marie (Kehm) Lutterschmidt.

A 1973 graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School, he was an independent truck driver for most of his career, and later was a truck driver for other local companies before retiring.

He enjoyed trucks, cars, (especially Chevrolets), and Peterbilt.

He loved raising and caring for many rescue dogs, and was a member of the Kutztown Rod and Gun Club.

His survivors include several good friends.
