Lehigh Carbon Community College
Alvernia nursing agreement available
Students who complete their associate degree in Nursing from Lehigh Carbon Community College will have an additional option to continue their pathway to a bachelor’s degree through an agreement with Alvernia University. LCCC and Alvernia have supplemented a recent dual admissions agreement to create full transfer of credits, allowing LCCC Nursing graduates to transfer to Alvernia University’s RN to BSN online program to complete their bachelor’s of science in nursing (BSN) degree.

New programs for fall 2024
This fall, Northampton Community College is excited to announce several new academic programs as it continues to meet the needs of its students and communities, all while continuing to offer a mix of in-person, online, and hybrid course options across its 120+ programs and majors.

Students interested in attending NCC can choose from a variety of start dates to accommodate their schedules and can even complete some courses at faster paces. NCC’s traditional 14-week Fall Semester and seven-week Accelerated I Fall Session both begin Aug. 24, the 9-week Mid-Fall Semester begins Sept. 30, and the 7-week Accelerated II Fall Session begins on Oct. 21.
If interested in any of these programs, NCC encourages individuals to speak to an Enrollment Center representative. NCC’s enrollment centers are open on weekdays to assist students on campus or virtually as needed. Please visit northampton.edu/enrollment to see hours and locations.
Alternatively, for those who are not yet an NCC student but are interested in learning more about enrolling this fall, sign up to attend a Spartan Fair Aug. 6, by visiting info.northampton.edu/spartan-fairs. Prospective students will learn about NCC’s programs and can even complete their application with a member of NCC’s enrollment team.
Current or newly-accepted students can also take advantage of NCC’s special Saturday Registration Day Aug. 17, for assistance with course registration and other enrollment needs.
