Constance L. (Laubach) Nagy, 73, of Cherryville, died July 9, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the wife of Gary A. Nagy for 28 years.

Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late William N. and Elizabeth R. (Nause) Laubach.

She was a 1968 graduate of Northampton High School. She also graduated from Cedar Crest College, Allentown, and Lehigh University, Bethlehem.

She was employed as an elementary school teacher by Northampton Area School District for more than 35 years, retiring in 2007.

She was a member of Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, Cherryville.

She was very active in the Northampton-area community. She was a member of Indianland Garden Club, Lehigh Gap Nature Center, Northampton Area Historical Society and the Northampton Area Konkrete Kids Educational Foundation Distinguished Alumni Award committee. She was a Penn State Master Gardener.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Jendy E. and husband Dale Sell of Walnutport; a son, Richard W. and wife Hallie R. Boucher of Bluebell; a grandson, Aiden W. Sell; a brother, Richard Laubach and wife Harriet of Allentown; and two nephews, Jesse and Yury Laubach.
