A suspicious vehicle at North 12th and Race streets was reported.

In the 300 block of Union Street, a neighbor dispute had police at the scene.

A firearm was reported stolen in the 200 block of Second Street.

Suspicious activity in the 200 block of Church Street was reported.

An animal complaint in the unit block of West Race Street was filed with the department.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Poplar Street.

JUNE 19

An animal complaint in the 500 block of Fourth Street had police at the scene.

Officers conducted a welfare check and citizen assist at the same residence in the 300 block of Walnut Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Church Street.

A traffic stop was handled in the 200 block of North 14th Street. A warning was issued.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Peach Street.

Thefts in the 700 block of Second Street and the 400 block of Second Street were reported.

Nondomestic threats were reported in the 500 block of St. John Street.

Police provided a walking patrol at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.

Charges are pending against a 53-year-old male, of Catasauqua, for driving under the influence in the 300 block of Edward Lane.

A parking complaint in the 500 block of Peach Street was addressed.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Tioga Street.

In the 300 block of Walnut Street, police responded to a civil matter involving a child custody issue.

Officers investigated a report of a burglary in the 400 block of Second Street.

A disorderly group in the 300 block of American Street had police at the scene.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance, with no arrests, in the 100 block of Canal Street.

JUNE 22

The theft of parts from a vehicle in the 500 block of Howertown Road was reported to the department.

Officers conducted welfare checks on Church Street and at Race and Lehigh streets.

Suspicious activity in the 200 block of Second Street was reported.

A burglary in the 700 block of Second Street was investigated.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 300 block of Front Street, with a warning issued, and at Front and Pine streets.

Noise complaints were addressed at Front and Strawberry streets.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a disturbance was investigated.

Police assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Faith Drive.

Unwanted people at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., and in the 200 block of Lehigh Street were reported.

A temporary protection-from-abuse order was issued at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

An alarm sounded in the 300 block of Bridge Street.

Police investigated an animal complaint in the unit block of Front Street. The stray dog was later returned to its owner.

At Circle Drive and Erie Street, a noise complaint was addressed.

Animal complaints were investigated at Second and Bridge streets and in the 300 block of Mulberry Street, the latter also involving a neighbor dispute.

In the 100 block of Bridge Street, a mental health call was investigated.

Suspicious activity reports had police in the 700 block of Second Street and at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., the latter involving juveniles.

Police assisted a citizen at Front and Race streets.

JUNE 28

A traffic violation occurred in the 700 block of Walnut Street. A verbal warning was issued.

Animal complaints were addressed in the 800 block of Poplar Street, the 200 block of Race Street and the 800 block of Faith Drive.

Officers responded to a theft in the 300 block of Wood Street. The property was recovered.

Police assisted citizens in the 600 block of Walnut Street, North Catasauqua, for suspicious activity, and in the 100 block of Wood Street.

In the 300 block of American Street, police responded to a report of a mental health issue.

An animal was found at Third and Pine streets. The dog was later returned to its owner.

At Railroad and School streets, police addressed a noise complaint involving a motorbike.

JUNE 29

An animal was found at South 14th and Poplar streets. The dog was later reunited with its owner.

Trespassing in the 200 block of Peach Street was reported.

A burglary in the 400 block of Second Street was investigated.

The department received a report of a missing child, who was later found, in the 100 block of Front Street.

An unwanted person at Second and Pine streets was investigated.

JUNE 30

A burglary alarm sounded in the 400 block of Walnut Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police at Second and Front streets, North Catasauqua.

Animal complaints were addressed in the 800 block of Poplar Street and the unit block of Second Street.

In the 100 block of Wood Street, the 900 block of Race Street and at Second and Chestnut streets, parking complaints were addressed.

Police responded to a juvenile complaint in the 500 block of St. John Street.

Officers conducted a security check in the 300 block of Walnut Street.

A theft of vehicle parts in the 600 block of Poplar Street was reported.

An animal was found in the 100 block of Front Street.

Fireworks in the 300 block of Church Street were reported.

Parking complaints were addressed on Limestone Street, in the 700 block of Fourth Street and the 100 block of Howertown Road.

JULY 4

Simon Antipas, 41, of Catasauqua, was arrested for simple assault and harassment during a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Wood Street.

A parking complaint at Church Street and Howertown Road was addressed.

Noise complaints at the same residence in the 100 block of Milton Street were investigated.

JULY 5

Officers conducted welfare checks in the unit blocks of Second Street and Covington Place.

At Railroad and Mulberry streets, a parking complaint was addressed. The registration plate was seized.

A disturbance in the 900 block of Race Street had police at the scene.

Fireworks in the 500 block of St. John Street were reported.

JULY 6

Disturbances in the 500 block of Front Street and the 200 block of Second Street were reported.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Race Street.

An animal complaint at Howertown Road and Walnut Street was addressed.

JULY 7

At American and Bridge streets, an animal complaint was investigated.
