DUI

A 47-year-old female, of Zionsville, was placed under arrest for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the area of State Route 29 and Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, 11:39 p.m. May 31, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident started as an investigation of a report of a possible unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, according to authorities.

Theft from vehicle

Someone removed two tires, two wheels and 10 lug nuts, with a total value of $1,200, from a vehicle parked at a Park and Ride lot in the 4400 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported 7:34 p.m. June 13 when the complainant returned from work to pick up the vehicle, according to authorities.

Retail theft

A 22-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly removed a smartphone, valued at $119.99, from retailer Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:13 p.m. June 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Drug possession

A 30-year-old male, of Reading, was arrested for alleged drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at the intersection of South Cedar Crest Boulevard and Green Drive in Emmaus borough, 1:28 a.m. June 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Fraud

A resident of Butler Lane, Lower Macungie Township, learned someone opened a Verizon account in their name after receiving a bill for service, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported July 1.

A resident of Driver Place, Lower Macungie Township, learned various credit cards she owned were used without her knowledge at various locations, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 9.

Harassment

Two people sustained minor injuries when an argument escalated at a location along Willow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 3 a.m. June 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
