Paul L. Simon, 69, of Lehighton, died June 21, 2024, at his residence. He was the husband of the late Debra (Snyder) Simon for 19 years.

Born in St. Mary’s, he was the son of the late Paul R. and Hazel (Minnich) Simon.

He graduated from Allen High School, Allentown.

He worked for the Lehighton Times News as a printing press operator for more than 30 years.

He was a member of Lehighton Orioles, Lehighton Legion, Lehigh Fire Company No. 1, Bowmanstown Rod and Gun Club and Beaver Run Rod and Gun Club.

He is survived by two stepsons, Brian White and wife Brigitte and Gregory White and wife Lisa of Palmerton; three brothers, Scott and wife Marie of Northampton, Ronald of Bethlehem and Donald and wife Sandy; a sister, Cindy; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
