Animal complaints were addressed in the 100 block of Canal Street and the 300 block of Mulberry Street.

Traffic violations occurred at Front and Strawberry streets, with a verbal warning issued; at Second and Pine streets; in the 300 block of Front Street, with a warning issued; in the 200 block of Front Street, with a warning issued; and the 400 block of Front Street, with a warning issued.

Harassment in the 200 block of Howertown Road was reported to the department.

In the 100 block of Fourth 13th Street, officers responded to a report of harassment by a neighbor.

A parking complaint at Howertown Road and School Street had police at the scene.
