Richard “Dick” Elmer Smith, 88, died June 24, 2024. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Elmer W. and Edna M. (Miller) Smith. He was the husband of Annette (Stoneback) Smith for 66 years.

He worked in the sales department at Bethlehem Steel for over 39 years until he retired.

He was a member of Grace Church, Bethlehem.

A golfer, he had four holes-in-one and a rare double eagle.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Douglas Richard and Daniel Robert; two grandchildren, Kyle (Shania) and Joshua Smith; two great-grandchildren, Hudson and Violet Smith; and a brother, Donald Smith.
