Robert Moser

Robert “Bob” Moser, of Bethlehem, died at St Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, on May 14, 2024. Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Donald Moser and the late Catharine Kilpatrick. He was husband of Nancy Moser of 30 years.

He was a Wilson H. S. graduate.

He graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in mechanical engineering.

He was in in the Air Force for two years.

He studied trumpet beginning at age 10. He played horns in many bands including the Wilson H.S. marching band, the U.S. Air Force Band, various jazz combos and big bands, and two Lehigh Valley bands: Joyous (for 20 years), and Lucky 7 (for 20 plus years).

He was a project manager for Ingersoll Rand, Phillipsburg, New Jersey, for 30 years. He worked for other pump manufacturing companies.

He was a runner for decades and participated in many 5K and the Philly Half Marathon races.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by brother, Donald; sisters, JoAnn, Sharon, and Diann; two sons, Kai and Keith; two stepsons, Travis and Trever; three grandchildren, Brianna, Samantha and Hans; and two stepgranddaughters, Angelina and Vera.

He was predeceased by a sister, Dona; and a daughter, Kristyn.

Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or a neighborhood animal shelter.
