Elizabeth Hothouse, 72, of Hackettstown, New Jersey, died June 14, 2024, at the Atlantic Health Hospital, Hackettstown. She was the wife of Everett Hothouse. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Luis Huertas and Mary (Diaz) Huertas of Puerto Rico.

She was a healthcare worker for many years. She was retired.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Raymond Rodriguez; a stepson, Everett Hothouse III; two stepdaughters, Kathleen Hicks and Marisol Doyle; a brother, Luis Huertas; a sister, Diane Huertas Wilkes; and Milagro Lelievre and four grandchildren, Richard Rodriguez, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Jasmine Rodriguez and Raymond Rodriguez Jr.

Arrangements were made by Connell Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
