A graduate of William Allen High School, where she was the first recipient of the Key to the City of Allentown, a design she created, she graduated magna cum laude from the Temple Tyler School of Art.

Her artistic influence extended beyond the classroom.

Her work graced the stages of Musikfest, and her creativity left an enduring mark on the city she called home.

Beyond her artistic achievements, she was a cherished member of the Lehigh Valley Scottish Society, reflecting her love for Scottie dogs.

She is survived by her mother, Elinor La Due, and her brothers, Roger and Robert La Due and his wife, Natalie.

She was predeceased by her father, Roger La Due Sr., in 2007.
