Liberty picks up hoop victory
It was a quiet week in the Lehigh Valley High School basketball summer league, as the Cedar Beach Showcase took place over the weekend.
However, there was one day of action last week on Tuesday with Liberty pulling out a 36-23 win over Quakertown. Will Palmer led the ‘Canes with 12 points in the win.
Freedom dropped a 74-51 contest to Northampton as well.
Liberty has proved to be one of the top teams in summer league this year with a 6-1 mark, while Freedom comes into this week at 4-3.
