Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

JUNE 5

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1700 block of Canal Street, at East 13th Street and Laubach Avenue, on West Ninth Street, at Howertown Road and Banks Street, in the 1200 block of Main Street, the 600 block of East Fourth Street and the 400 block of Howertown Road.

A juvenile problem in the unit block of West 21st Street was investigated.

Police assisted females at Newport and Laubach avenues and in the 1800 block of Portland Street and a male in the 2400 block of Main Street.

A protection-from-abuse violation in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue took place.

JUNE 6

A catalytic converter was removed from a legally parked vehicle in the unit block of Laubach Avenue, the report said.

Officers assisted a male in the 1600 block of Canal Street.

Traffic stops were conducted at Third Street and Howertown Road, at Canal and West 21st streets, at East Seventh and Main streets and at Stewart and Canal streets.

JUNE 7

Domestic disputes involving a male and a female occurred in the 1200 block of Main Street and the 400 block of East Fourth Street.

A suspicious male at East 16th and Main streets was reported.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 800 block of Main Street and the 100 block of East Fourth Street.

Police assisted a male in the 1700 block of Newport Avenue.

In the 1500 block of Laubach Avenue, officers responded to a report of a fight.

Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 2200 block of Washington Avenue.

JUNE 8

A suspicious vehicle in the 2200 block of Siegfried Avenue was reported.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 900 block of Main Street and the unit block of West 21st Street.

Domestic disputes occurred in the 100 block of Meadow Lane, involving two males, and in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue, between a male and a female.

Officers responded to a neighbor complaint in the 600 block of East Fourth Street.

JUNE 9

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Suspicious vehicles in the 1300 block of Stewart Street and the 1400 block of Dewey Avenue had police at the scenes.

An unwanted female in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue was reported.

A hit and run took place at Turkey Hill Minit Market, 1060 Main St., A red vehicle hit a Turkey Hill sign cemented in the ground by the gas pumps and left the scene.

Domestic disputes between a male and a female occurred in the 900 and 1500 blocks of Main Street.

A traffic stop was conducted at East 21st and Mill streets.

JUNE 10

Disorderly conduct cases in the 1600 block of Railroad Street and the 1300 block of Line Alley were reported.

Loud music in the 1700 block of Main Street was filed with the department.

Officers assisted males in the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue and at West 14th and Canal streets.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 100 block of Howertown Road and the 600 block of East Fourth Street.

Police checked on the welfare of a male at West 21st and Canal streets.

JUNE 11

Traffic stops were conducted at Beil Alley and East 18th Street and in the 1800 block of Main Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of females in the 2400 block of Main Street and at Main and East 21st streets.

A fireworks complaint in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue was addressed.

In the 1200 block of Main Street, a domestic dispute between a male and a female occurred.

JUNE 12

Traffic stops were conducted at East Fourth and Main streets, at East 18th and Main streets, at Greenview Drive and Howertown Road, in the 600 block of East Fourth Street, at East Fourth Street and Kingsbarn Lane, at West 21st and Canal streets and in the unit block of West 21st Street.

A warrant was served in the unit block of East Seventh Street. A male with an active warrant out of Northampton County was taken into custody and transported to the station. He was then transported to Northampton County Prison.

At Fourth Street Park, police investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Police assisted a male in the 800 block of Held Drive.

JUNE 13

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1000 block of Main Street, at Laubach Avenue and East 21st Street, at East 21st and Mill streets, in the 1300 block of Stewart Street, at West 21st and Center streets and in the 600 block of East 21st Street.

Juvenile problems in the 300 block of East 20th Street and the 1600 block of Main Street were reported.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male and a female in the 2300 block of Main Street.

Police assisted females in the 1800 block of Newport Avenue and the 400 block of East Fourth Street and Moore Township officers in the 3000 block of Mountain View Drive, Moore Township.

Civil matters were addressed in the 1300 block of Stewart Street and the 200 block of East 21st Street.

JUNE 14

A suspected DUI case in the 2000 block of Main Street was investigated.

At East Fourth Street and Kingsbarn Lane, a traffic stop was conducted.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police at Main and Grove streets, North Catasauqua.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 1300 block of Kingston Court.

Civil matters were addressed in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue and the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

A reported assault in the 1400 block of Newport Avenue was filed with the department.
