Marcia Smicker, 65, of Whitehall, died June 9, 2024, at home. She was the wife of Glenn Smicker for 42 years.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Stella (Panny) and the late John Lubenetski.

She earned an associate degree in child care from Northampton Community College.

She was the owner and operator of a day care for many years. She worked at Sobrinski Painting. In 2013, she became a co-owner of L&M Painting that she helped run for the last 12 years.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Whitehall.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by three children, Kyle and wife Daron, Ryan and wife Tiffany and Rachel and boyfriend Drake; three grandchildren, Saige, Ethan and Wyatt; four siblings, Diane, John and wife Bev, Nancy and husband Albert and Tom and wife Karen; a twin brother, Mark and wife Nancy; and nieces and nephews.
