June 1 marked the start of the Rose Garden Farmers Market 2024 season. It will run each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Oct. 12, according to organizer Mary Toulouse of the Mount Airy Neighborhood Association.
According to Toulouse, there are several new vendors participating this year. Hilltop Haven with fruited wines, Micro Green with cut fresh greens, Big Red Barn with a selection of organic and unique peanut butters, and Handmade Goods with their candles, jewelry, and handbags are among them.
Stephanie and Ryan Gardner of Bethlehem attended on opening day. “We love it here and we come almost every week,” says Stephanie.
Toulouse says the best way to follow the lineup of local vendors from week to week is to use the Bethlehem Rose Garden Farmers Market Facebook page for updates.

Frick Family Farms of Coopersburg offers fresh locally grown produce and honey.
The Rose Garden Farmers Market is set at the southern end of the park and features a variety of vendors and informational booths underneath a canopy of trees.
The Robert Peruzzi trombone and accordion duo performed to the delight of farmers market patrons.
