A 37-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged May 11 with alleged strangulation, simple assault and harassment after an incident in the 1800 block of Lehigh Avenue, according to Salisbury police.
Possession
A 20-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged May 10 with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at Laubach Park, Lehigh Avenue, according to Salisbury police.
A 39-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was charged April 30 with alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police.
Fraud
The Salisbury Township Police Department is investigating a report of several sales of rebar totaling about $100,000 made to a purchaser using possible stolen credit cards at Nucor Rebar Fabrication, 1700 Riverside Drive, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported April 20.
Counterfeit
A resident of the 1400 block of Hausman Avenue learned stamps purchased online for $473.88 were verified as counterfeit by the United States Postal Service, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 7.
Warrant arrest
A 34-year-old male, of Allentown, was picked up on warrants from Allentown Police Department and Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department May 8 after a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Rock Road, according to Salisbury police.
A 43-year-old female, of Lehighton, was picked up on warrants from Carbon and Northampton counties May 1 after a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Broadway, according to Salisbury police.
Truancy
A 15-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged April 29 with truancy after allegedly accumulating an excessive number of absences from Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.
A 16-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged May 3 with truancy after allegedly accumulating an excessive number of absences from Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.
A 15-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged May 7 with truancy after allegedly accumulating an excessive number of absences from Salisbury ship High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.
