SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way: Free Independence Day festivities including a full afternoon of musical events. “Our Hometown Heroes” is free and open to the public. Banners with images of local military heroes in appreciation and gratitude for their sacrifices and contributions. There will be about 1,500 photos of the soldiers, their rank, branch of service, era of service and hometown. This event will be the last chance to view the Hometown Heroes 2024 banner that debuted over 1,500 photos of local military veterans on Memorial Day. IronPigs’ “The Great American Blast” presented by TD Bank. 6 p.m.: Inflatable games, sack races, unlimited access to the Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital Kids Zone along with appearances by IronPigs mascots; Tootsee the Clown & Friends free balloon art. Live music by The Swing Time Dolls.
