Introduction to Mindfullness. Must register for each of the five-part series over the next five months. Presented by teachers from the LVHN Center for Mindfulness, the sessions will take place over a five-month period on June 19 (Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, July 24 (Mindful Communication), August 21 (Mindfulness in the Workplace, and September 18 (Mindful Eating). Bike Day. Bring your bikes to BAPL Coolidge to enjoy some “wheely” good fun with CAT, the Coalition for Appropriate Transportation! After a short 10 minute safety presentation, CAT volunteers will be on hand for bike safety checks, course guidance, and to answer all questions bike related. Free helmets will be provided for all youth who need them. Take a safe ride around the neighborhood with your new CAT friends!
This program will be presented jointly to BAPL patrons as well as to children enrolled in the Bethlehem Township Parks Program. Registration is required for library patrons.
