James Robert Santichen III, 22, of Emmaus, was arrested April 28 for alleged simple assault and harassment after an incident in the unit block of North Third Street, according to Emmaus police.
DUI
Jeffery Scott Derr, 60, of Emmaus, was arrested April 22 in the 600 block of Ridge Street for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving, according to Emmaus police.
Linc Delon Fowler Jr., 29, of Allentown, was arrested May 6 in the 400 block of Chestnut Street for allegedly driving under the influence and driving on roadways laned for traffic, according to Emmaus police.
Thomas K. James, 47, of Hellertown, was arrested May 8 in the 400 block of Jubilee Street for allegedly driving under the influence, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, small amount of marijuana, driving on right side of roadway and driving vehicle at safe speed, according to Emmaus police.
Retail theft
Daniella A. Murray, 43, of Emmaus, was arrested May 1 for alleged retail theft over $1,000 and receiving stolen property after an incident at a business in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.
A 16-year-old male, of Macungie, a 14-year-old male, of Macungie and a 15-year-old female, of Emmaus, were cited for alleged retail theft May 14 following an incident at a business in the 200 block of Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Emmaus police.

A 36-year-old female, of Macungie, was charged May 2 with alleged accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, required financial responsibility and other motor vehicle violations, according to Emmaus police.

A 33-year-old person, of Emmaus, was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident April 16 in the 500 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police.

Found property
A watch was found in the area of South Sixth and Broad streets May 1, according to Emmaus police. The watch was taken to the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
