Animal complaints were handled at Suburban North Family YMCA, 880 Walnut St., and in the unit block of Cambridge Place, both for a dog found and later reunited with the owners.

In the unit block of Second Street, police responded to a civil matter.

Police addressed a noise complaint in the 300 block of Church Street.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of Front Street.

A neighbor dispute in the 300 block of Union Street was investigated.

Victor Morales, 57, of Catasauqua, was arrested in the 200 block of Church Street for simple assault and harassment during a domestic disturbance.

MAY 14

A civil matter involving a tenant issue was investigated at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St.

An animal complaint at Third and Oak streets was handled.

Police assisted a citizen at Catasauqua Towers, 534 Third St.

Officers responded to reckless driver reports at South 14th and Race streets and in the 1000 block of Race Street.

A parking complaint at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., was addressed.

MAY 15

A parking complaint in the 200 block of Railroad Street was investigated.

No arrests were made in a reported verbal domestic disturbance at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

At Front and Chapel streets, police assisted a citizen.

An 11-year-old male was charged with terroristic threats at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.

Officers conducted a welfare check at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St.

MAY 16

Criminal mischief at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, was investigated.

Littering in the 300 block of Lehigh Street was reported.

A traffic violation took place at North 13th and Pearl streets. The driver was cited.

A noise complaint was addressed in the 300 block of Mulberry Street.

MAY 17

A reported assault that occurred in the 2500 block of Schoenersvile Road, Bethlehem, is under investigation.

Traffic violations in the 300 and 400 blocks of Front Street, at Front and Pine streets, at Bridge Street and Howertown Road and at Bridge and Front streets were handled, the latter involving a driver cited.

In the unit block of Circle Drive, the 400 block of Front Street and at Front and Pine streets, police conducted welfare checks.

A neighbor dispute in the 200 block of Front Street was filed with the department.

Police responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of Front Street.
