Victor Morales, 57, of Catasauqua, was arrested in the 200 block of Church Street for simple assault and harassment during a domestic disturbance.

An animal complaint at Third and Oak streets was handled.
Police assisted a citizen at Catasauqua Towers, 534 Third St.

No arrests were made in a reported verbal domestic disturbance at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.
At Front and Chapel streets, police assisted a citizen.
An 11-year-old male was charged with terroristic threats at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.

Criminal mischief at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, was investigated.
Littering in the 300 block of Lehigh Street was reported.
A traffic violation took place at North 13th and Pearl streets. The driver was cited.
A noise complaint was addressed in the 300 block of Mulberry Street.
MAY 17
A reported assault that occurred in the 2500 block of Schoenersvile Road, Bethlehem, is under investigation.
Traffic violations in the 300 and 400 blocks of Front Street, at Front and Pine streets, at Bridge Street and Howertown Road and at Bridge and Front streets were handled, the latter involving a driver cited.
In the unit block of Circle Drive, the 400 block of Front Street and at Front and Pine streets, police conducted welfare checks.
A neighbor dispute in the 200 block of Front Street was filed with the department.
