Eleanor Zick, 84, of Bethlehem, died May 27, 2024, at St. Luke’s Hospice House, Bethlehem. Born in Nesquehoning, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Anna Bazik. She was the wife of George R. Zick for 63 years.

She was a 1957 graduate of Nesquehoning HS and, in 1959, Bethlehem Business School.

She worked for Bethlehem Steel Corp. for two years. She was a secretary at St. Anne’s Catholic Church for 35 years.

She was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church, where she was an Extraordinary Minister, and of the Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, George A. (Sandy) of Exeter; two grandchildren, Kylie (Shane) of Palmerton and Geena (Leif) of Burlington, Vermont; and a great-granddaughter, Ella.

She was predeceased by a brother, Michael Bazik; two sisters, Anna Flanagan and Helen Serina; nieces; and nephews.
